• 2 hour detail meeting 6 weeks prior to wedding day

• Contact all vendors to confirm arrival times
• Unlimited phone calls and emails during regular business hours 
• Follow up in-person meeting or phone call for all final details 2 weeks before wedding 
• Optional site visit to discuss layout 
• Coordination of 1 hour, on site wedding rehearsal 

• Early arrival to oversee all other vendor arrival 
• Set up and tear down of all personal decor
• Manage timeline hour by hour from beginning to end
• Manage and direct wedding party for ceremony
• Constant communication between all vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Distribution of all final payments and gratuities 
• Execution of all special activities (Bouquet toss, Garter throw, Dollar Dance)
• Collection of all gifts and cards
• Coordination of Grand Exit
• Safely place all gifts and decor into predesignated car(s)

Includes my fee plus one assistant, if guest count is over 160, additional assistant will with me (No added fee for you)
